01. Problem, Context & System Thinking
Why AGS needed a new ERP Backbone
Why AGS needed a new ERP Backbone
Sales team had to pull product, pricing, logistics terms, and finance details from different places.
Managers lacked visibility of pending, approved, rejected, or stuck orders.
Documents scattered across emails, spreadsheets, PDF’s and WhatsApp chats, risking pricing errors shipment delays and follow‑ups

Systems thinking – Across all modules, I reused same core patterns - filterable tables, card grids, structured accordions - so users can move between modules without relearning basic interactions. This consistency in design is what kept cognitive load low in high‑stakes environment where users care more about not making costly mistakes than about novelty in visuals.

Financial sections structure deposits, discounts, document charges, additions, bank details, and advance payments into explicit inputs that flow through to totals and downstream accounting

03. PI Approvals & FollowUp
Managers in Control : PI Approvals
Managers in Control : PI Approvals

For sales managers, I designed an “Approve PI for sales” table that lists all pending PIs with status chips, PI PDF links, manager notes, and Approve / Reject actions. Filters by employee, customer, status, and date give managers control, while inline notes capture the rationale behind changes, creating a lightweight and real approval audit trail.

When a PI is approved, logistics can open “Create Packing List from PI,” which pre‑fills all header information (customer, totals, packages, buyer address, exporter) and the full list of products. For consolidated shipments, you can also “Combine PKLs from PI. Logistics then adds truck details—truck numbers, driver names, driver contact—and distributes products across trucks, while the system tracks gross weight, net weight, quantities, and remaining units per line

Turning Fragmented Operations into a Unified Revenue & Logistics Engine
✔ By unifying operations into structured flows with clear handoffs, AGS now has a single source of truth that reduces pricing errors, incomplete shipments, and manual reconciliation across teams.
✔ Sales closes deals faster with accurate quotes and terms, logistics ships without surprises, and managers have full visibility to protect revenue and stock.
✔ By prioritizing structured flows, approval gates, and shared master data over visual flair, creating a system that scales with AGS's growth : turned operations chaos into a unified revenue and logistics engine.
