AGS was struggling with fragmented sales, finance, logistics, and order workflows that caused errors and slowed every team down. I designed a multi‑role ERP system to pull product, pricing, logistics terms, finance details, connect quotes, approvals, invoicing, order management, packing lists, and truck departures from different places. Across all modules, I reused same core patterns - so users move between modules without relearning interactions. This consistency in design is what kept cognitive load low and helped them move faster without losing control.

Context & System Thinking

Why AGS needed a new ERP Backbone?

Why AGS needed a new ERP Backbone?

Systems thinking – Across all modules, I reused same core patterns - filterable tables, card grids, structured accordions - so users can move between modules without relearning basic interactions. This consistency in design is what kept cognitive load low in high‑stakes environment where users care more about not making costly mistakes than about novelty in visuals.

Managers in Control

Managers in Control

For sales managers, I designed an “Approve PI for sales” table that lists all pending PIs with status chips, PI PDF links, manager notes, and Approve / Reject actions. Filters by employee, customer, status, and date give managers control, while inline notes capture the rationale behind changes, creating a lightweight and real approval audit trail.

Combining PI's into Packing Lists

When a PI is approved, logistics can open “Create Packing List from PI,” which pre‑fills all header information (customer, totals, packages, buyer address, exporter) and the full list of products. For consolidated shipments, you can also “Combine PKLs from PI. Logistics then adds truck details—truck numbers, driver names, driver contact—and distributes products across trucks, while the system tracks gross weight, net weight, quantities, and remaining units per line
